In the quickly changing world of AV Entertainment and IT, regular updates, modifications and maintenance are essential to keep your system up-to-date and running smoothly. Van Berge Henegouwen offers a a Service & Maintenance Contract, which can be applied to both Entertainment and IT systems. Herewith we take over complete responsibility for the service and maintenance of these systems.
The Service & Maintenance Contract applies to systems supplied by Van Berge Henegouwen, but can also be used for third-party systems. Depending on the needs of the client, a choice can be made between three packages. For a fixed price per year, highly depending on the actual onboard equipment load and programming, you can leave the hassle around your Entertainment & IT systems to Van Berge Henegouwen.
Our service portfolio consists of a broad spectrum of services, which range from aftersales service, spare parts management, and troubleshooting to crew training and system upgrades.
